By creating an account on Eman Shamy's site or using it, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- The details you give must be correct, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- An account is for one person and works on one device at a time: signing in on another device signs out the first one.
- You need to confirm your email before any request or booking.
Subscriptions
- Courses, packages, books and paid tests open after you send a request, pay with one of the listed methods, upload the receipt, and we review it.
- Each item has an access period shown on its page, counted from the day your request is approved. When it ends the content closes, and you can request a renewal.
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds for Egypt and in US dollars elsewhere; discounts run for a set time.
Using the content
- The content is for your personal use only. Sharing your account, recording videos, or copying or publishing books is not allowed.
- Videos and books show your name and email as a watermark.
- We may close an account that breaks these rules.
Sessions
- Sessions are online; a booking is confirmed after the payment receipt is reviewed, and the session link shows on your booking page.
- You can move or cancel a confirmed session up to the notice shown on the session page. See the cancellation and refunds policy for details.
Exams and certificates
The final exam is for practice. Eman Shamy issues the certificate once you finish the course; it has a code and a public verification link.
Questions, reviews and comments
Public questions, reviews and comments are published after review, with your first name. We may not publish anything offensive or off-topic.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the last update shows at the top of the page.
